Our client had an issue with his electric sunroof on his car, the metal slider on one side was broken due to material wear.

Since he could not find any replacement parts on the market we managed to reproduce the broken part, our engineering team optimized the part by adding material on certain sections of the part. The material we used was stainless steel, which got polished to work properly.

For scientific research our client is currently testing a prototype, we adapted their parts for additive manufacturing in order to do the first field tests of their project.

We used Nylon PA22 for this mechanical application.
Main task was to provide the client with a custom made wall mount for a Wlan Router, we’ve designed, engineered and produced the frame for this application.

The material we used was Nylon PA22 in order to get the right geometric stability and surface finish.

La centrale d’énergie Kirchberg de Luxenergie a été transformée pour recevoir les énergies renouvables. Une grande chaudière à pellets assurera dorénavant une grande partie de la production d’énergie.
Pour expliquer aux visiteurs les flux parfois complexes des pellets, de la vapeur d’eau produite, de l’eau chaude et de l’énergie électrique nous avons produit une maquette multi-couleur.
La maquette est réalisée en nylon et fait 1240 x550 x 650 mm. L’échelle est le 1/75.
Für das Gemeindesyndikat Distribution d’eau des Ardennes haben wir das Modell eines geplanten Trinkwasserbehälters erstellt.
Anhand dieses Modells können komplexe Verläufe und Bestimmungen der verschiedenen Rohrleitungen anschaulich dargestellt werden. Verschiedenfarbige Pfeile und Symbole sorgen dafür, dass Zufuhr, Versorgung, Entleerung, Überlauf, Belüftung und Pumpen sofort erkennbar sind.


Erstellt wurde das Modell in Nylon im Maßstab 1/100

That shiny piece is chromalised plastic and it was to feeble for its function in a shower. On top of that spare parts are impossible to get.
So for our client we made a spare part and it is a lot tougher than the original part because it has been created in 3D-printed aluminium. The file necessary for printing was created with 3D-Scanning technology and CAD-design.
