What we did?

Pre-process:

  • Adaptation of the 3D model for printing
  • CAD Design

3D Printing:

  • Nylon (MJF PA12)

Post-process:

  • 24 carat leaf gold finish

This 3D modelled sculpture of the “Gëlle Fra“ is based on pictures taken during the move to the expo at Shanghai (2010), and is an example of our service to create 3D models based on pictures or illustrations. The sculpture has been printed in nylon (MJF PA12). Afterwards we coated the sculpture by hand with gold leafs. The base of the sculpture has been cut out of black marble.
