“Péckvillchen” is a Luxembourgish traditional whistle in the shape of a bird. These are sold every year on Easter Monday at the “Eemaischen” (Emmaus) market. This year the students from the “Lycée Arts et Métiers” in Luxembourg designed the “Jang”, a unique Péckvillchen.

For the first time 3D printing technology was used to produce such a bird whistle. It is printed in Nylon (PA12) with selective laser sintering (SLS) technology. After the printing process the bird whistles were custom dyed in blue.
