We used 3D scans to reverse-engineer used li-ion batteries which will be disassembled by Circu Li-ion through a fully automated machine system.

Our high-end 3D scanner and program suite allows us to easily recreate any physical object. We can extract specific features and dimensions, like the spacing and sizes of holes for example, or reconstruct the entire part from the ground up.

Additionally, 3D scanning is faster and provides higher measurement accuracy for most reverse-engineering tasks compared to manual measurements.
