• Which materials do you offer?

Here you can find an overview of our most used materials, if you have a special request for a non-listed material, do not hesitate to contact us.

• Which is the best material for my print?

For every request we will check the chosen material or guide you to make the right choice depending on the application and design of your part.

• When is my 3D model printable?
  • The design guidelines are different for every process and material.
  • If your design needs to be adapted, we will indicate it during the ordering process.

• Which are the maximum dimensions for a printed part?

Depending on the printing process it is possible to print up to 1x1x1m.

• How much does a print cost?

After you upload your files, you will receive a quotation within 24hrs.

• Do I need a technical drawing?

We design or adapt your part based on drawings, sketches, existing parts, or pictures.

• How much does the service cost?

The cost is calculated on an hourly basis.

Order & Payment

• How can I order parts?

Please use our quote service.

• When will I get a quotation?

Within 24 hours during workdays.

• How can I pay?

You will receive with the delivery the invoice, which can be paid by bank transfer or online by credit card.

• When are my parts ready?
  • For each material, the estimated production time is indicated.
  • With your order you receive an estimated delivery or pickup date.

Delivery

• Can I pickup my parts?

Yes, please indicate if you want to pickup the parts during the order.
